Sonya is a deeply kinesthetic human who has been working with many modalities of body-centered healing for 15 years. Sacred Circuitry refers to the sensitive and complex electrical communication system that is your nervous system, which when tended affects great change throughout the whole body, mind, and spirit. 

Sonya is a certified WRT Water Release Therapy® Practitioner, CA Certified Massage Therapist, YTT certified and has had training in Breathwork and sound modalities. She welcomes you to rest into her hands.

Ruby was born and raised in Oakland, California to modern hippies with fantastic style. Rather than woodwork or fashion design, Ruby took the creative gene and chose to explore food. Growing up in the diverse culinary landscape of the Bay Area, Ruby was captivated by the flavors, textures, and colors that defined every meal. She became fascinated by how food, like art, can evoke emotions and create memories.

Ruby’s passion for cooking began early—helping her grandmother shape challah before sunrise, making pesto with her mother, intoxicated by the aroma of basil and garlic, and experimenting with cookie recipes in the name of science. Like so many, food was a constant form of love in Ruby’s childhood: Sunday farmers markets, buckwheat crepes, watermelon in the shallow end of a best friend’s pool, the pure joy of tossing rinds over the fence.

Those treasured memories shape her cooking today. She cooks to make people feel—to create meals that linger in memory. So that years later, when someone dips warm pita into smoky babaganoush, they’re transported back to a moment of shared joy, surrounded by friends, family, and the simple pleasure of eating.
